Dynamic - Live Storage

Dynamic systems (Live Storage) are ideal for handling large quantities of pallets per item or batch of items.

Pallets are stored in inclined channels with rolling rollers. The channels are arranged in rows next to each other and at multiple levels depending on the available height.

By means of gravity alone, the pallets are moved from the feed inlet of the channel (replenishment side) to the picking side.

The pallets are handled by a lifting machine at all levels of the channels but at the lowest level the handling of the whole pallet or even part of it can be done manually.

Important advantages of this storage mode are:

Maintaining the FI-FO (First In - First Out) principle especially for products where it is necessary to manage them according to the production or expiry date.
Physical separation of the supply and collection or preparation areas for consignments, thus avoiding management errors.
Reduction in the time taken to carry out handling processes.
Compact construction that utilizes 100% of the available storage space in length, width and height.
